Why DV360 ads and ad groups do not appear/update on the Monitoring dashboard?

New DV360 ads/ad groups only become visible once the associated Line Item is updated.

This happens because the DV360 API only gives us the update date for Line Items, not for ads or ad groups. So the dashboard can only spot new entities under a Line Item when that Line Item is updated.


The Line Item must also be in one of the following statuses:
    • Active

    • Paused

    • Archived

⚠️ If the Line Item is in any other status, the monitoring dashboard will not fetch the associated ad or ad group.


How to trigger un update for ad and ad groups in the monitoring ? 

  1. Update the associated Line Item whenever you create a new ad or ad group.

  2. Confirm the Line Item status is set to Active, Paused, or Archived.

  3. Wait for 1 day for the monitoring to reflect the updated data
