Why does Monitoring show "Not Compliant" while Magic Builder shows the name as compliant?

You may notice a discrepancy where Monitoring indicates that an item is not compliant, while Magic Builder displays the name as compliant.

Cause

This happens because of alternative templates:

• In Magic Builder, if no creation time is defined, all previous templates are automatically considered compliant.
  * On Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, we do detect the creation time of all entities, so this situation only occurs on the other platforms.

• In Monitoring, compliance is validated against the correct template based on the creation time.

As a result, Monitoring and Magic Builder may show different compliance statuses for the same item. 

Monitoring should be considered the more accurate indicator.

How to Fix

To ensure consistency between Monitoring and Magic Builder:

1. Create a new naming for the template.

2. Set the correct creation time in Magic Builder so that the system can identify which template is the one to follow.

3. Once the creation time is properly set, Monitoring will display the same compliance status as Magic Builder.
