How to reconnect ad accounts on Grasp after Meta Managed Accounts Migration

If your organization is transitioning its Meta Business Manager from personal Facebook accounts to Meta Managed Accounts, and all your ad accounts on Grasp are imported based on personal Facebook profile access. 

After this migration, you’ll need to take the following action on Grasp:

You must reconnect all your existing ad accounts. A detailed guide on how to do this can be found here.

Important Note:

Only individuals with “Create Campaign” or “Full Control” access at the ad account level can reconnect ad accounts. “Admin” access at the Business Manager level is not sufficient.
