How to activate Sprinklr/Smartly/Paragone

This article will guide you through the Sprinklr/Smartly/Paragone activation on Grasp.

1. Activate the platform in your extension settings: Go to this page and switch on the corresponding toggle as below. This has to be done by each user.

2. Create guidelines on each activated platform by going to this page: 

   • Create guidelines on the native platforms that you will use through Sprinklr (or Smartly/Paragone)

   • When creating such guidelines, we will let you know if they are displayed on Sprinklr

• • Once created, go within Sprinklr/Smartly/Paragone and you will see the guidelines
