How can I prevent other users from using my ad accounts in the monitoring and guidelines?

You have the possibility to prevent some users from using specific ad accounts in their guidelines/monitoring.

In order to do so, you will need to create teams in order to map users and ad accounts together.

  1. Go to teams setting : https://app.grasp.gg/organization/teams
  2. Choose the team and go to the page shown below
  3. Map relevant users into your team
  4. Map relevant ad accounts into your team
  5. Check the box depending on your need

 

The first one is only for the monitoring data restriction.

The second one is only for the ad accounts visibility in the guideline list and setup. If a guideline is targeting an ad account mapped into a specific team, the user must be part of that team to see and edit the guideline, or even select the ad accounts in the guideline.

Note: this will impact guidelines targeting all ad accounts. If you'd like to target all ad accounts, the user must be part of all teams that have the above settings selected, or must be a full admin user.

For parent organization, a user with admin access should be able to see the full monitoring of a child organization, but without being able to use filters.
