Label Ad Accounts

On the organization that connected the ad accounts, label them by type, market (e.g., Social, Programmatic, Search) or using existing labels (some might already been linked to taxonomy templates)

Important: Always label with the brand’s name first. This prevents naming changes from applying to unrelated ad accounts the organization might have connected.
Share Labeled Accounts

Share labeled ad accounts from the organization that connected the ad accounts to the Local account, then to the Global organization where the taxonomy templates lie.
- Please make sure to share the ad account along with the label (so that the label is also shared, and not only the ad account).
Apply Guidelines at the Global Level

In the Global organization where the taxonomy templates lie, include the shared label in the relevant guidelines.
- Please note that the label might already been applied to the relevant guidelines, hence this last step might not be needed.
